5. No In-App Transactions

Vendorax does not currently facilitate payments or financial transactions within the app. Buyers and sellers are expected to finalize transactions externally. We do not assume liability for any disputes or losses related to off-platform exchanges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the app, including logos, text, and design, are owned by Vendorax or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use this content without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vendorax at any time for violating these Terms or for any reason we deem necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vendorax is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any user content or listings. Vendorax is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the app.
